Our in-house chefs and their expert team will provide a delicious and sumptuous sit-down dinner for your wedding breakfast, as well as canapés and drinks. Acclaimed Norfolk-based executive chef, Keith McDowell is at the helm of catering for Unique Norfolk Venues and has held positions at some of the UK’s best restaurants, including London’s two Michelin-starred, The Square and one-starred, St JOHN. Alongside McDowell, the team have created a choice of menus for your special day at Pentney Abbey, or you can choose to create something entirely bespoke to suit your tastes and your wedding.

The standard menus offer a sophisticated assortment of seasonal dishes. To greet your guests as they arrive, why not offer them delectable canapés such as Tiger Prawn Tempura and Crispy Duck Tartlets. When it comes to your wedding breakfast, tables will be set in the Barn, dressed impeccably for the enticing food that will follow. Imagine delicacies like Crayfish and Brancaster Crab Cocktail, Prosciutto Wrapped Loin, Eight-Hour Braised Cheek or Soy-Glazed Belly followed by delicious ice creams that are sure to please your sweet-toothed guests. There’s an afternoon tea menu too – why not set up a selection of scones and pastries near the rose garden?

An excellent wine and beverage selection is also available, whether you choose to have a complimentary or cash bar at your reception.
